Exclusion of Liability

The district court (Landgericht) Hamburg ruled, that the author of an internet site might be liable for the content of an internet site accessible through an hyperlink on his website. This liability can - according to the district court - only be excluded, if the author distances itself expressly from such contents.

The KADACH internet site contains hyperlinks to foreign internet sites. We distance ourselves expressly from any and all contents of such internet sites. KADACH has no influence whatsoever regarding such contents and we do not embrace such contents in any way. This statement applies to all displayed links of our homepage and to all site and/or page contents which are linked through the banner, buttons and links visible on our web site.
